About Commercial Trust

Commercial Trust Limited is an award-winning, specialist mortgage broker based in Norwich, Norfolk. Founded in 2012, we are part of Norfolk Capital Group which has a heritage in finance dating back to 1988.

We help landlords and property investors across the UK secure great property finance deals and are proud to be a Key Partner of Legal and General Mortgage Club. We are a key account for many specialist lenders which means our client benefit from deals and exclusives not otherwise available to them.

Our ever-expanding team of specialists have been working with lenders and clients to help complete mortgages for all types of landlord properties. We work with a panel of 80+ UK based lenders who offer buy to let mortgages, commercial mortgages, bridging loans, development finance, second charges and homeowner business loans.

Our mission is to make our clients happy. We aim to help the landlords we work with create a better lifestyle for themselves, build a secure future, and provide a lasting financial legacy for their loved ones.

We work to ensure all of our staff consistently provide excellent customer service and up to date advice to our clients to get them the best possible outcome.
