The advice we give is not FCA regulated. Broker fees. Buy-to-let mortgage fees are between £998 - £1,198. Commercial mortgages and bridging loans: are between £2,498-£5,498. Our broker fee comprises a non-refundable booking fee of typically £399 (£499 for bridging and commercial applications) payable on submission and a completion fee for the balance that is only payable after the mortgage has completed.
